My grandson affectionately calls me ‘Captain Retail’ because I am a Captain in the United States Navy who also owns retail strip malls and short term rentals. I have embraced this title with tremendous pride. It is a reflection of the new legacy I have created for my family through faith, stewardship and service.
I am a licensed Commercial Real Estate Agent (DC, MD), experienced investor, syndication specialist and market research analyst with a proven track record in acquiring, managing, and optimizing commercial properties and short-term rentals. Skilled in market research, negotiation, and ROI-focused advisory services. After 28 years of distinguished service as U.S. Navy Intelligence Analyst, I leverage my proven leadership, entrepreneurial drive and deep market insight to help clients create and preserve wealth.
