My grandson affectionately calls me ‘Captain Retail’ because I am a Captain in the United States Navy who owns retail strip malls. I have embraced this title with tremendous pride. It is a reflection of the new legacy I have created over the years - through faith, service, and perserverance - for my daughter and grandson.

I am an experienced commercial real estate investor, vacation rental expert, real estate developer, syndication specialist, business owner and licensed commercial realtor. I am dedicated to assisting investors and business owners invest in income producing properties or lease commercial spaces. I have over 27 years of executive leadership, negotiations, and research experience as a senior officer in the United States Navy which I proudly leverage to help my clients find investment properties or commercial spaces that fit their unique needs.

My personal investment portfolio includes commercial retail stripmalls and waterfront vacation rental properties that have become the focalpoint for creating memories with my family - who loves everything about being on the water. I have a passion for serving my clients by educating them throughout the process so that they are confident about their real estate investment or commercial leasing decisions. My goal is to help my clients navigate the world of commercial real estate with ease. 

I often get asked the question – Is investing in commerical real estate hard? My response is always a resounding NO. But I will tell you what I did find to be hard – being poor, being in foster care, being homeless, and becoming a teenage mother – all of which defined my childhood. God has already allowed me to persevereand conquer hard so that I may faithfully walk in my purpose with ease.

This mission is personal. Because I did not receive a strong financial education or inherited resources to leverage, I was determined to break generational strongholds and create a new legacy for my family. I have embraced my life’s purpose, which is to serve families and assist them in redefining hard so that they too may create a new financial legacy for their familes by building generational wealth through real estate investing and business ownership.
